Just wanted to say thanks for freeing me from the smoking prison I was trapped in! Whilst it’s only been a week I already feel like a new person – I feel healthier already, I feel happier already and I feel free already.

This weekend was my first test and I passed with flying colours – didn’t have a cig despite the odd craving – and saying no felt so liberating. Yes I could have had one – but I didn’t want one. You have given my willpower the boost it needed and the strength to finally lay this demon to rest. And all with no nicotine replacement products…!

There’s still some way to go I know that – but I can’t believe how wonderful I feel already.
