It's now been 5 months totally smoke free for me so thank you so  much.
 
I was one of those smokers who give up every New Year’s Eve and start again every New Year’s Day. 

I had smoked for 13 years and I truly believe I  would never have stopped had it not been for Daril. I had one session with Daril in March 06 and left after our appointment to find I just didn't want a cigarette at all.  I can honestly say I will never smoke again and I can't believe how easy it was.
