I would like to thank you for the pain free way I have been able to stop smoking following our session. It has now been 2 months since I last smoked! I literally walked into your office having had a cigarette on my way in and since then I have not had one single cigarette and it hasn't been difficult at all.

In fact, about 3 weeks after our session I was on a stag do with all the lads - most of whom are smokers. I was not even remotely tempted – I thought I would have given in and had a few sneaky ones - but not even once. In fact I was so relaxed and at ease with it all that it finally convinced one of my best friends to come to you too - he'd been trying by willpower and patches alone but was very tormented with it. I know he's now been to see you and it has worked equally well for him.

I fully consider myself a non-smoker now and sometimes forget I even smoked. Together with marrying my wife, it has been one of the highlights of my year! I now can't imagine any situation in which I would be tempted to smoke.
