Paulle Milner came to see Julie on 26^th September 2006. She e-mailed Julie exactly one year later with this:

"This is Paulle Milner I came to you on the 26th Sept 2006 and I am now approaching my first anniversary of not smoking and I have to admit that it has been really easy. I have had no problems at all and have not missed them at all. So I would just like to say thank you very much for everything it was the best spent money ever. Keep up the great work."

We asked Paulle to expand her comments and this is what she wrote:

"My first encounter was on the internet looking for slimming tablets and I came across an advert for hypnosis with Julie Woodcock. So I rang her up for the slimming hypnosis and ended up going for the stop smoking instead.

I have to admit it was the best thing I have ever done. I never missed them - no urges - no withdrawal symptoms. I would and have recommended this method for not smoking to anybody - it really does work.
