Note from a Friend
We always ask clients to refer their friends and colleagues. However, we often find even though people know someone who has stopped smoking successfully with our process they still can’t (or won’t) do it for themselves.
Julie received this e-mail from a successful client making the same point.
"Pleased to report still doing very well, never even think about smoking these days, it is as though it was something that used to happen to another person not me.
Am always telling people how I stopped, but like me (originally) a lot of people seem unconvinced, which is bizarre given the evidence in front of them. I smoked for 30 odd years. I tried every method known to science to stop and never achieved it. I saw you and stopped with almost no effort on my part. No after pangs, no craving and no relationship to smoking. I never thought it was possible I suppose. What I have noticed is that people have a very possessive attitude to their smoking – it’s like they want all the risks, costs and harms to stop but to be able to carry on. I know it’s easy to be smug having come through the other side but it seems amazing to me now.
Keep up the good work, and thanks again."
