Nick Freeman came to see Julie in January 2009. Exactly a year later to the day hee-mailed her with a follow up:

Hi Julie,

Hope you're well. I just thought I would share with you my special day today. It is now one year since I have stopped smoking. I walked into your office smoking 30 a day and an hour later I left a non smoker.

I could not have done this without you and I just want to say a big thank you.
