MS of Leeds came to see Julie in January 2011:  

 

I'm a fitness instructor and had tried every stop smoking aid under the sun. Smoking had cost me a lot of money and also was making my life quiet miserable. I needed some serious help. I had a friend who'd been to see Julie before and he stopped smoking! So I thought I’d give it a try. Julie gets the results!!!!!
 
I’ve stopped smoking, I feel great!!! My life is soooo much better, I’m now training to run half a marathon and am so much fitter and feeling great!

 

I can now look my clients in the eye when I give them fitness advise!
