Dear Julie

On the afternoon of Monday 2nd April (2007) I became a non-smoker, a one hour hypnotherapy session with Julie and the desire to smoke had disappeared. Up until 5pm that day I had a 30 a day habit and by 6.15pm I had no habit. I had the memory of smoking but not even my mates smoking around me was tempting, a miraculous change in 1 hour. Well worth the money.
