I just had to email you to let you know I can’t believe I haven’t touched, thought or craved for a cigarette since seeing you.  I feel wonderful, less stressed and generally really chilled out!!!

My kids cannot believe that I walked out of your office, met them for lunch, and never smoked a cigarette since, they are so very proud of me and they think its lovely to hug me and cuddle me, and not to "stink of smoke".  Even my partner is the same, he gives me so much more attention.  He certainly doesn’t miss me nipping out for a fag before bed and then climbing in next to him smelling of stale smoke.

Even the people I work with have commented on how they can’t believe I'm not moody or irritable.  They were convinced I was having a crafty fag!  But no! I don't even want them.  It doesn’t bother me being around people that smoke either.  It’s absolutely fab!!!  I can't thank you enough.  I have so much energy and my life is great.   I'm so glad I did it.  I'll never ever smoke a cig again!!!! It really does work.
