Dee from Leeds is 50 and works full time as a Service Manager. She wrote this in April 2009: 

Well, 2 years ago I thought it was possible I could stop smoking but unlikely.

I approached hypnotherapy thinking it was possible it could support me to stop smoking - but it seemed unlikely - how could it?

2 years later after one session I stopped smoking & can honestly say it has been easier than I could ever have imagined. I've had some difficult experiences in those 2 years, never have I thought about smoking as a response / reaction.

So, if you want to stop smoking once & for all my advice would be - consider it possible & then go ahead, book a hypnotherapy session & do it!
