Hi Julie

I cannot believe that today I have been a non-smoker (and will be for the rest of my life) for 1 year. I had smoked since I was sixteen and had given up once before but obviously not successfully.

Arranging to see you was one of the best decisions I have made. I feel incredible, a lot healthier and my eldest son, though only 5, is happy that I do not smoke. He, and my other son, was one of the main reasons for me wanting to stop smoking for good - though young he was beginning to understand what the cigarettes were and that were not good for you. I always went outside to smoke as I did not want to smoke in the house nor in front of the children. He would always follow and kept asking me not to smoke and telling me that it smelt awful and I smelt awful after I had had a cigarette. Also I wanted to stop smoking for my health - I had located my father (though he had sadly died before I could meet him) shortly before coming to see you and had found that he had died of Ischaemic Heart Disease and also both his parents had died from Lung Cancer, having also lost my mother to cancer I decided that enough was enough and I wanted to help myself.

I didn't know a lot about hypnosis before I came to see you and wasn't sure if it would work or not. I was determined that I would give it a good try. I needn't of worried I was so chilled out after our session and this saying "I am a non-smoker and will be for the rest of my life" kept going around in my head.

I have not craved a cigarette since that day - from that day on I have been with friends that smoke and have been to pubs/clubs and it has not effected me one bit.

Finally I have definitely noticed a difference financially - I have saved approximately £25 per week that's £1,300 for the year, brilliant.
